KBC Bonds Emerging Markets invest primarily in bonds issued by debtors whose registered office or for whom the major part of their economic activities is in an emerging market such as Southeast Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe or Africa. Bonds from emerging markets are more volatile and more risky than bonds issued by developed markets and, therefore, their rating may be lower than BBB-. The sub-fund may invest up to 10% of its assets in instruments without a rating.
